Welcome to the October, 2022 Harmony Way Newsletter!
Are you "team" pumpkin spice, apple spice or both? I personally enjoy both and all things Autumnal.
October is a fabulous time for clearing out the old, connecting with our ancestors and going within to determine our next steps for any current goals.

*Always check in with your medical health provider for advice and guidance before starting a new workout program, being mindful of any existing conditions or injuries that you have, discussing these with a qualified medical professional prior to trying any workout.
